Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all of our orders within 1 to 2 business days from the moment your order has been placed. Business days include Monday – Friday excluding UK bank Holidays.

Please note that Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days and therefore orders will be processed on the following Monday unless this is a bank holiday, in which case it will be processed on a Tuesday

During very busy sales periods this time frame can be extended. We kindly ask for your understanding in these busy periods. We hope to get your orders out as soon as possible. We are committed to processing and dispatching orders quickly and efficiently, and we appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

·         £1.50 - Royal Mail Tracked First Class Delivery on Orders over £35 (1-2 working days from dispatch) *

*Please Note Orders over £35 will receive the Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery unless upgraded to First Class for £1.50

While we currently offer international shipping with a flat £15 fee, we acknowledge the complexities involved in shipping skincare products, particularly liquids, across borders. However, due to varying regulations and restrictions in different countries, we kindly ask that you reach out to us before placing your international order. This allows us to assess the feasibility of shipping to your location and to provide personalized assistance in navigating any potential challenges.

Returns Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns for orders outside the UK.

For UK orders, we have a 14-day return policy from package receipt. This means that you have 14 days from receiving your package to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it; this means unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return labels are NOT provided by us, customers will have to cover the postage costs to send the goods back to us. The provider and service to be used are at the customers discretion.

 

Damaged products

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at our WhatsApp number (+44 7874 452600) or email (info@glowyeosin.co.ukif the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can amend the situation if necessary. When contacting us, please make sure to include photos of the products and any damages sustained to the box.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if your return has been approved, we will sort out a refund for you. If not, you will be notified about our decision.

If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded (entirely in full or partially) on your original payment method. Please note that we cannot direct refunds to a different account, entity or payment method.

Please take into consideration that it can take some time for your bank or credit card companies to process the refund before it shows in your account.
